there is a 50 inch smart tv in living room, cable is supplied, almost a complete channel package. wifi included.
house common areas and bedrooms rooms are furnished.
bathroom shared with one person.
you supply your own linens and towels.
central air, hot water and heat included.
no laundry facilities on site. laundry mat is down the street.
great location, shopping, entertainment & churches within walking distance.
excellent public transportation access, bus & train, 10 to 15 minute walk.
clean, safe and quiet neighborhood.
one months security deposit and rent, plus $60 a month for cleaning of common areas($1460). paid prior to or on day of possession but local checks or cash only.
references, employment and credit check will be investigated and verified, prior to access of house or room.
