i am 2 blocks from the bus, which is 30 minutes by bus to midtown, 20 minutes by car via gw bridge or lincoln tunnel

this is not a permanent roommate situation. it is a summer rental that might extend to one year.
appropriate for one person, as the bedroom is small 13x8. it has a medium closet, premium full bed, and 5 drawer dresser.
