i moved to this appartment about a year ago with a roommate who had an accident and now needs assisted living so he had to move. i'd like to stay here because it is a really nice place and we put a lot of effort into it.about the apartment:
quiet, fully furnished, central air, dishwasher, wireless internet, cable, in suite washer/dryer, on the bus line (or you could have half the garage), 5 minutes from downtown, walking distance from edgewater park, small patio, safe neighborhood, wood floors, located in the detroit shoreway area, in the heart of the gordon square arts district. it is a two bedroom apartment and there is one bedroom available for you.
about your room:
there is a queen size bed (if you don't need it i can store it). cable tv outlet, closet, window, shared bathroom.
about me:
i'm an easy going it professional. i am clean, quiet, get up 6am, go to bed 10pm - 12am, and employed full time. i never have overnight guests. i have a cat. i enjoy relaxing at home, tv, music, and computers. i am 40, but age is just a number and my friends are all much younger than me.
about you:
stable, 21-40 is preferred, male (though i will consider the right female). i don't mind if you have a cat.
rent:
$500 all utiilities included.
