my boyfriend and i have just signed a year lease on a beautiful 4 bedroom house in cleveland heights. pets are allowed they are 10 extra per month. we are subleasing so any applicants we approve will have to sigh a lease with us. security despite and first months rent are required before you move in. smokers are okay just not in the house! we are ages 22 & 23. we both work & go to school. we have two of the 4 rooms open on the second floor. utilities are not included they are split between everyone in the home. the home has 3 floors, washer and dryer, we do have a cat just to warn you
