this is for a single room within a 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in johnson county, south of ft. worth. the available bathroom is shared and the responsibility of the tenants to upkeep. i have 1 room available for a good, laid-back person. this is for a room, and not room & board. so, it's expected that the tenant buy their own groceries & toiletries. this home is in a nice neighborhood, and i'd like to keep it that way. no drugs, children, excessive parties, or live-in bf's/gf's. 21 years old & up only please. (i'd make an exception only if you're very responsible. example: not asking to be bought alcohol for friends) must be willing to sign a rental agreement. this is not a lease obligating you to stay any amount of time, however, we do require a months notice prior to moving out. this is to protect myself from any damages, illegal activity that would cause my roommate to be kicked out or evicted if it can't be settled like adults, or someone that can't pay their rent any longer for w/e the reason. that being said, this is a great opportunity. i have a pool table in the garage and a covered back porch for socializing/relaxing. this is ideal for someone temporarily working in the area or a student. call me and you can come take a look for yourself. no obligations. looking forward to hearing from a future roomy/friend!
