i am looking for a mature non-smoking straight woman to rent a room in my 3 bedroom town house. i live in a quiet neighborhood just south of clearwater mall. rent includes utilities (electric, internet, and cable). i am kind of quiet but i have a great sense of humor. i also have a dog , minnie mouse so i hope there are no allergies. the room is furnished but if you have some furniture, arrangements could be made. i believe that things happen for a reason, and that being said, the person who rents from me will be helping me as much as i will be helping them. i hope to hear from you soon.
