my bf and i have a bedroom open in a 2 bedroom apt. its in a nice location in the clackamas/happy valley area.

i am asking for $365 a month for rent, $365 for a security deposit, and half of the household expenses such as electric.

we are seeking someone who is honest and respectable to share an apt with. i need someone who can pass a rental history background check. i also have two cats so someone needs to not be allergic to cats.
