roommate wanted in creekside apartments in clackamas for 4 months starting april 1st. you can stay longer and renew the lease but i'll be moving out.we are a bottom floor end unit, your room is 11' by 14' with your own attached bathroom. rent is $600 a month + utilities. water is included in the rent, gas and electric are not. with a one time move in fee of $100 and a $100 deposit. with internet and utilities it's usually about $670 a month.
your room won't have any furniture but the rest of the apartment is furnished, including the kitchen except for a toaster oven. i'm completely willing to make room for your things especially if they are nicer than mine.
there is a washer, dryer, dishwasher & fireplace in the apartment and a gym, pool, sunna, tanning bed, car wash area and parking in the complex.
it's a very safe area, less than a mile from the 205 freeway and a mile from the clackamas town center.
i'm a 29 yr old female with a full time job. i'm kind of a homebody and can most often be found reading a book, i am a nerd. i also like boardgames, the internet, hamburgers, and if i bake cookies i will let you have some.
i'm looking for someone that will pay their bills on time and can pass a credit check because you will be on the lease. please no smokers. i'd prefer someone chill, not a party animal, and won't bring home strangers. i like the main area pretty neat but dishes in the sink for a few days doesn't bother me at all. i'm good with sharing cleaning supplies, spices, and everything non-consumable.
if you have pets that cool but rent will be a bit more (i'm not sure how much, we'll have to check with the office). sadly big dogs aren't allowed in the complex.
