my room for rent is located in clifton, right by uc. it is at the end of emming, and most of the residents are residential, which means it is kind of quiet. the building itself has three different units in it. i inhibit the 2nd floor unit and i see my neighbors probably once every couple of months. as far as noise is concerned you can hear the unit down stairs, well at least their music, but besides that it is pretty quiet. i usually have my speakers at a decent level and nobody has every complained because i think it has to do with the orientation of the unit. everything works pretty good, free laundry in the basement. the only pain is parking obviously, so if you cannot parallel park this may not be he apartment for you. lolupdate: apparently i can not figure out how to add more photos so reach out to me if you want to see more photos. with my apartment you also get free internet, cable, phone line because of my job. happy apartment hunting folks! oh btw, you do not have to pay for gas and electric, it is included.
