directtv, internet, wii, trash/water, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) provided. utilities will be shared and split 3 ways (central air, gas heat/stove, should be $50-75 per mo). new patio deck out back with grill, fire pit, furniture. large back yard with 4 car garage (renter will have one spot, plus there is extra parking). full basement is empty except for bowflex and washer/dryer.
