bay windows in living and dining rooms, built-in bookcases, amazing closet space everywhere. kitchen is spacious and includes butlers pantry for added work and display areas. additional walk-in pantry, and a 3-season back porch looking out over lovely garden and trees, with water features, all maintained by the homeowners.

2 bedrooms, equally inviting and similar in size. i will be moving to this apartment in august and am looking for someone to not only share the expenses with me, but get to benefit by living in a real home, shared equally, at a price that is beyond belief for any part of cincinnati especially this extraordinary walkable neighborhood of historic, beautifully kept and people/family friendly homes in gaslight clifton.
i am a one person household and seeking one additional person as tenant.
i have a small, sweet, quiet dog who is close to 15.
another dog can be added by you if i am not allergic to him/her and if they are friendly, house-trained and well-behaved.
no cats as i am allergic to all, unfortunately.
your bedroom is unfurnished, but if you don't have furniture we could work that out.
if you have furniture you would like to add to the apartment, there is plenty of space for that.
no smoking, inside or out.
i have shared living space before and know that i am respectful of others space and possessions and would expect the same. when sharing space with others i like to keep things in order, but i'm not obsessive!
i don't drink regularly but open to drinking in the home, but not someone who over indulges on a relatively regular basis.
i love to read, play games with family and friends, watch good movies, read, write, hike.
swimming makes me happiest in the world.
i work in the healthcare field in professional position, but not direct patient care. work m-f standard business
total monthly rent to be divided by me and the fortunate person who gets to live in this house and neighborhood is $1000... so we each pay landlords $500 per month totaling $1000...this includes apartment, washer and dryer use, water paid by landlord. gas & electric inc heat to be split by tenants. based on past 12 months average per month, i anticipate each of us would be paying $105/month.
there is a one year lease and one months rent for deposit, so $500 from each of us.
