we have 2 rooms for rent at our house ($600/per. room, bump up price to $650 to include garage usage. only have room for one more car). it's a nice quiet location, 3 bedrooms (master bedroom is being used already) 2.5 bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, located near the school/clubhouse/chino airport, rooms are not furnished (one room does have a bed but you're more than welcome to bring your own), friendly neighbors. the price does not include utilities (it'll be based off consumption; water/electricity). for those of you who are familar with the preserves know that this is a very nice/upscale community located in chino. the nearest cities are; chino hills, ontario, east vale, corona. the 91/71 freeway are minutes away from the house so everything is near by. it's still a developing area so there will be more houses/restaurants/industrial properties being built very soon.
