the total rent would be $270 maximum including maintenance, rent, electricity, water, gas and internet. we are 6 girls living together. but most of times all are out due to work and school. we hardly meet at night. very friendly atmosphere. no hurdles. no personal interference.only girls apt. no smoking. no drinking. you can cook anytime and grocery on your own. location is attractive. lakeside window view and downtown view. cta bus stop right down the apartment. everybody has cleaning turns and keeps the house. i will b giving my bed recently bought and going.
