my spouse and i rent a 3 bedroom apartment and have an available bedroom for rent. the building is located in the city nw (near lawrence and pulaski). public transportation is easily accesible (blue and brown l lines and 81 lawrence bus), with plenty of street parking. we are looking for a mature, responsible, clean individual. please be lgbt and pet friendly ( we have 2 dogs that are part of the family). you will have your own private bedroom and access to all common areas. the rent of $600.00 inc!udes all utilities (internet included). washer and dryer are also available in the building for use. security deposit and criminal background check will be required. pictures are available upon request.smoking only outside!
