searching for a female roommate to share a clean, nice & large 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on a great street in the east village thru may of 2010. place has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/ac, close to el. i have enough furniture but if you have furniture then no problem, place is big enough to accommodate. the third bedroom could be used in whatever way we think is best. i'm a normal, sane, professional, fun & respectful 30 yr old female. i have a small dog (who i take great care of) so if you have a small dog could work.
