it's located on the border of humboldt park and logan square. a washer and dryer in unit will be added. it's on the second floor of a two flat. there is a back porch and free parking on the street. you'll have your own room, there's a nice sized family room. two bedrooms and i'll live in one and the other one is currently empty. i'll be able to furnish everything except the empty bedroom and you can feel free to bring extra things. there will be wifi which will be added into the utilities. if you don't need it then we can discuss taking it out of your rent. the price i put is an estimation and is already split. the price with utlilities won't be over five hundred.
