about the space:
should you choose to move in, you would have a bedroom and a shared sitting room and full bath. the house is fully furnished, however you must provide your own bed. also, there is ample storage and plenty of free parking. the house is nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of beverly hills in chicago with a police officer living next door; additionally, the house has security. the house itself is an italianate style residence that is over 150 years old and packed with history. the house sits on 3 acres of land, maintained by a gardener, and provides a perfect space for inspiration for any artist, or a calming and beautiful home for anyone looking for a new spot to call home. the house is, in a word, breath taking.

about us:
as said before, we are artists and as such, will be hosting a number of arts-related events in the house. that said, we are not wild party animals. there are, of course, locks on all bedroom doors so privacy and security are never compromised. we are both pretty laid-back and warm people who, should you apply, would love to meet you. all in all, if you're in search of a place with ample character and opportunity, we look forward to hearing from you.
