i am looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with. i have lived here for years and it's a beautiful and safe neighborhood. it's located in lincoln park in the heart of depaul's campus. the room will be available november 1st. the buliding is a 3 story brownstone with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and vintage stained glass picture windows. it's sunny, quiet, and clean. the other tenants in the building are very friendly neighbors. there are always people running, biking, or walking their dogs down the tree-lined street. it's a very safe neighborhood. security guards from the college campus patrol the area frequently. the location is ideal for anyone interested in shopping, trying new bars or restaurants, the el stop, gyms/yoga studios. the rent includes utilities, a free washer and dryer to use in the basement, storage space, cable, and a backyard with grill.
