the environment:
perfect for a college/grad student or a young professional looking to save some cash, but who still wants to live in a beautiful, well-maintained apartment.
this is a social but laid back house (i.e. roommates are free to have get togethers with families and friends, but no “wild drunken parties” or “promiscuous nights in”). non-smoking female roommate with no pets preferred.
