very spacious garden apartment only a block away from the red line belmont stop. it's extremely sunny and has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. i'm 22 years old, a female, and currently enrolled in a 5 year bachelors/masters program. i'm usually pretty busy with school, love to laugh, and hang out. i'm looking for a female to rent one of the bedrooms. i am looking for someone who is preferably between 19-25, reasonably clean, and communicative. i have two, absolutely fantastic (and well-behaved) cats.

move-in date can be anywhere from now until sometime in february. the lease goes until the end of june with an option to renew.
