hello!my name is laura lynn and i am seeking a roommate to share my apartment in wheeling il. it has been completely remodeled in a private community, woodland creek. you get you own bedroom and bathroom! it is large with stainless steel appliances, new everything! no one has ever lived in this apartment.
the community is gated and includes:

about myself: i am a newly graduated professional (24) working for a northern chicago gis company. i am very easy to get along with and trustworthy. i just moved to chicago area after working for shell oil in pennsylvania but i am originally from milwaukee area. i do not know chicago all that well so i am looking forward to getting to know a new area. i am very close with my family in the milwaukee area and visit them often.
additional information: i am completely open to you have a pet (two are allowed) as long as it is nice! the rent is split 50/50 and also the other bills which come to about $50 total. also there is a security deposit of $900, split 50/50 and is returned in full after the move out (given no damages of course). for the month of september there will be $500 off rent! this is a great deal in a wonderful area!
looking for: a working professional who is respectful and friendly. of course i would like to get to know you before i decide if you are right to live with. i am very open to male of female and i do not discriminate!
