huge room for rent in a great neighborhood for only $880/month with internet and electricity included! (i will be adding photos of the room shortly)two blocks from the lake, about 10-15 minutes to downtown loop (3 blocks to cta redline clark and division)
close to the lincoln park zoo, variety of restaurants and bars down the street. great night life, but also far enough away so it is still quiet.
beautiful rooftop deck that overlooks the lake with 2 grills included, laundry facilities included on the first floor!
i'm leaving for the summer and looking to rent the place from may 24th to july 16th so around a month and 3 weeks would be $1500
dates are somewhat negotiable and the rent will increase or decrease depending on the dates.
i have another roommate, she is a student at saic and is quiet around strangers at first but also very sweet and clean. so i would prefer someone who can keep the place as clean.
we might have a cat stay with us for summer, so if you are allergic or dislike animals this is not the suitable place!
