hi! i have a room to sublease from 19th of june. it's one of 4 rooms in the apartment. apartment has a kitchen and small living room with tv. i share apartment with 3 girls (all college students) and they're really friendly and, what's the most important, quite people.our apartment is located on the 4th floor of the students' apartments building called tailor lofts (for more details please visit: http://tailorlofts.info/). this is really nice place for young people, especially students with wifi, professional gym, tanning dome and other facilities included in the price.
the difference between my room and the other ones offered by tailor lofts is a size (usually rooms are smaller), quiet (this is very important advantage), private bathroom and has a lot of facilities you won't find in other rooms like : desk lamp, shower curtain, bathroom rub, hairdryer, weight scale, bedding and blanket. you won't find it in other rooms.
besides, i'm crazy about cleaning so i consider my room very well groomed.
