i am moving out of a roscoe village house located on school and hoyne. the rent is $550 a month and utilities average $100/ mo. which includes heat, electric, gas, internet, and cable for your room and shared in the living room.

the room is big enough for a queen size bed and a dresser and table. there are 2 other bedrooms and a shared sun room, living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard. kitchen, dining room and living room are all furnished with other roommates things. the backyard is decent sized with a grill and fire pit. there is also a small shed to store some things. the house has a basement for storage with a washer and dryer. there is always easy parking on the street and the 50 and 77 bus are only a 2 min walk. the paulina brown line stop is a 10 min walk.

the 2 other roommates are pretty cool/ laid back. they are both 30 year old m. one has a small dog (puggle and english bull dog mix- its friendly and just stays in his room). the one is an elementary school pe teacher and the other is in business. both like to relax and have a couple beers once in a while and are respectful. on the weekends they like to go out but don't take the party back to the house.

the room is available nov. 1st.
