my name is anita and my current roommate has moved out and i'm starting to look and word of mouth to friends and easyroommate and i live in a two bed room one and half bath and very clean and organized.

i own an art gallery and would like to find someone to share expenses with a large apartment. we have the entire top floor 2500 sq feet with two balcony's off each bedroom with a lot of storage, and walk in closet space. the rent is $900 a month each + utilities (gas and electric) also with washer and dryer in the unit and it works out to be around $1000 to $1100 depending on how much heat and air conditioning used.
i work a lot of hours and like to have my home as place for rest and relaxation so am looking for someone that is not a big party person. i like to cook but do not like the kitchen dirty and clean up after every meal...no dishes in the sink or out on the counter and want that in a room mate. the subway stop is just two blocks ( red line) away bus #32,22,24, 151 are just steps from the front door.the whole food, jewel and trader joes just two blocks from the house. if you would like to talk and hear more about me and the apt. and see if it might be a good fit.
