huuuuge room for sublet, asap to the end of the lease in october with 3 awesome roomiesabout the apartment:
• rent runs between $550- $600 including utilities (gas, electric, internet) split 4 ways. i have never paid more than $600 for rent, gas, electric and internet
• we're on the third floor of an older but charming house
• lots of windows and natural light
• hardwood floors
• coin operated laundry room located in the basement
• two blocks from the addison brown line, one block from the addison bus
• located on a safe, quiet street with plenty of street parking. the furthest i ever had to park was on the next street because i got off work at 1 am.
• pet-friendly building
• awesome, responsible, clean, gay-friendly roommates
• quiet, friendly and respectful neighbors.
• great water pressure in the shower (random, i know, but my last place was barely a trickle so i was thrilled to have this).
• management company responds pretty quickly to any complaints or problems.
about my room:
• i live in what's supposed to be the living room, so no, there isn't a door. but a shower curtain would work just as well. i've had a bookcase blocking the entrance and its been great.
• north and west-facing windows.
• big room. it would fit a california king bed with room to spare. i have a full-sized bed with pull- out drawers, two bookshelves, a dresser, a chinchilla cage and a cat condo and still have some extra room.
