i have lived in this house for more than 12 years and i would not live anywhere else in chicago. i am looking for a new roommate as of october 1 2014.
inside the home: a large inviting living room area (with modem) and adjoining bedroom with a closet ,(both of these areas are yours!), a hallway with dresser drawers and bookcase in the wall for your clothing, books, dvds etc, and a large, immaculate kitchen in the rear of the home. there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the basement and a backyard for hanging with your friends. you and i would split the comcast and utility bills which amount to around $100 a month. there is a one year lease and a one month deposit required. the landlords live in bartlett and they will need to check your references
the belmont, lincoln and damen buses and the addison brown line are a short walk away, as are the amazing four moon tavern and the best starbucks in all of chicago.(i kid you not.) roscoe village ranks as one of the safest and friendliest neighborhoods in town.
