i am looking for a roommate to rent out a bedroom in my awesome 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the south loop area of the city. the unit is located on the top floor of a 23 story condo building. i own the unit and am looking for a down to earth, outgoing, clean and normal male roommate to rent a room that has its own attached bathroom. the unit has tons of space and sunlight, separation of space and all the amenities(doorman, workout room, party room) of a high rise condo building.below are all the details:
15x15 room with carpeting(fits queen sized bed)
decent sized closet(extra storage space if needed)
attached full bathroom
large window with east facing view of the lake
washer and dryer in unit and free
awesome balcony
chefs kitchen
the unit is fully furnish and the bedroom does have a nice dresser and full sized bed for your use if you'd like. the building is located about 4 blocks from the roosevelt el stop and metra southshore stop. parking is averrable for an extra $250.
$1,175 monthly rent(utilities not included in rental amount but split)
$587.50 refundable security deposit
$250 indoor parking space
