you can literally take the train to every major college/university in the loop or south side.
it is not a huge room, it is furnished with a queen sized bed with a dresser and tv, you may bring items but all request must be pre-approved! linen including one set of sheets, one bath and face towel are included (laundered weekly). you will have access to all “common areas” to the home, including and limited to room for rent, living room, dining room, kitchen and bath!
the location is in chicago's south shore area and is a nice community, these modest and affordable accommodations are clean, well maintained and you will have total privacy, as your room will have a locked door. no illegal activity of any kind will be allowed and or tolerated. this is not limited to and included prostitution, drug trafficking and/or distribution and firearms are not allowed.
this is not a room or home for anyone who has a felony conviction, and you will need to provide proof of identity. visitors must be pre-approved. or has been found of any sexual crimes!
room is open for daily, weekly or monthly rates. daily rate has a 3 day minimum! application fee is $25.00 and move in fee is equal to stay! there is a daily rate of $60 per night/$250 per week/$600 per month and all payments must be made in cash and on the first day of the week (sunday).
transportation: cta bus #79, south shore metra train and red line are minutes away, i am located 20 minutes from the loop and blocks away from rainbow beach!
meals can be included $5.00 per meal or $20 per day or $100 per week or $250 per month!
laundry is available for $2.50 per load.
parking is free
cable and internet along with utilities are included in the rent price.
no pets allowed and owner has a dog and cat! i am currently upgrading this space
