i have a two bedroom apartment located on the south side of chicago. i have a almost brand new twin size bed in it already but if u come with your own thats fine. other then the twin bed there is nothing else in the room but cable hook ups. very nice spacious for one person, spacious closet space, yes it has a door. i am looking for a roommate because 1) i do pay utilities 2) i need help paying these things. im looking for some one who is recieving a steady income, reliable, resposible, and respectful. if you cannot respect those 4 things then i suggest u dont reply to this. i have house rules as long as you can be honest we will have no problems, and we will get a long just fine. prior to moving in i have everything written down rules,rent costs etc. all i need is your john hancock, sign and date and we are good to go...
