fully furnished kitchen and living room. in unit washer/dryer. unit includes private balcony. incredible location with a walkscore of 95. right on edge of lincoln park and lakeview and closely situated to restaurants/bars/shopping. less than 5 minute walk to brown/purple line diversey stop.

currently living in the unit in the master bedroom. i am a 26 year old male who works downtown during weekdays. i am easy going, and get along with most people. i have a friendly cat! i enjoy watching and playing sports, cooking, and exploring the restaurant and entertainment scene in chicago. would prefer someone who is not noisy on weekdays, as i have a job that requires me to wake up early in the morning. no smokers please.

rent does not include utilities and price can be negotiated. utilities include gas, electric, and high speed internet. no tv, but could be open to getting a streaming service such as sling tv. as i am current owner of condo, move-in and move-out days are very flexible. room is currently inhabited but will be available for move-in in late june.
