looking for a roommate. 1 bedroom available on the first floor. large room, i estimate 12 x 12. sizeable walk-in closet. cable hook up. slider to large balcony. there is a dresser and full size bed in the room, but they can be stored if you don't need them. the house is in a very quiet area, close to downtown cheshire and only a few minutes from 84 and 691. the house itself has a spacious open floor plan. pets: no cats, i'm allergic. a dog is fine if it's house-trained and friendly. there are currently some fish and a few chinchillas, caged of course, in the house. and one plant, which i haven't managed to kill yet. me: responsible, clean, friendly, easy going. i have 2 children who stay every other weekend. therefore there is a 3rd bedroom, which is used as a guestroom when needed, when the kiddos aren't here. if you also have visiting children, the room can be used, and the yard has a playscape. you: no drugs, clean, honest and preferably sane. cheers
