hello, i'm looking for a responsible male or female roommate to move in this september. $600 deposit is required + first month's rent. rent will be $600/month plus utilities which will be split between the two of us (fios/internet bill, water bill and pse&g bills.) the unfurnished bedroom is 14x11, with a ceiling fan, closet and cable line already available. you will have access to the back deck and hot tub, attic for storage, washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove ... basically everything other than my room! i have central air and gas heating, along with a wood-burning fireplace and a gas fireplace. it's a 3-bedroom house with 1.5 baths and a 4-car driveway. work references will need to be verified. no pets allowed and non-smokers preferred, but outside smokers are okay.
