hello [= my name is tyler. my girlfriend, lexie & i are moving into hayden place apartments in chattanooga on october 1st and are person to move in and split rent.

i'm 23 and she is 19. we are very easy going people and like having a good time. we're not much for partying, but enjoy having some fun now and then. if you just happen to be another easy going person between the ages of 18 and 30 looking for a place to live in chattanooga, the deal just doesn't get better than this.

it's a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. all the facilities are "green" [meaning energy efficient = cheaper utilities] not only are the apartments are absolutely brand new [thus being why we can't move in until october 1st], but the deposit has already been paid!!! to clarify, you will not have to spend the $800 normally required for a deposit.
