looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom two bath apartment in uptown charlotte, nc. the name of the building is catalyst. the building has common areas such as (grills,gym, pool, billiard, movie theater, concierge, and free starbucks coffee everyday). the apartment is located within walking distance to all the banks, stadiums, and epicenter. you also will be able to watch the panthers games from the apartment and the knights games, since the apartment is on that corner. the moving in date is anytime in november or december.the rent is $1,038 a month, which includes the internet and the parking space here in uptown. the other utilities altogether (water, electricity, trash) are around $100 per person. the insurance for the apartment is $10 per person.
looking for somebody who is okay with:
1. having my girlfriend staying with me.
2. in december and january some family is visiting and they will be staying at the living room.
3. i like to invite my friends from college to visit me in charlotte.
4. using your own kitchen stuff, i use my own stuff. no sharing food.
5. clean.
i'm not looking for somebody to hang out or party with, i'm just looking for somebody to share the apt. i'm working on some certification so that keeps me very busy. short description about myself: i'm working at an accounting firm, travel some times, played soccer in college, cool guy, and respectful.
