the room for rent in loren farms subdivision , it is normally 500$/month unfurnished, but if you sign before feb. 1 then we will drop the rent to $450, because we need someone soon.

-about 2 miles from uncc main campus (10 min drive)
-current residents are recent uncc graduate/students, and keep indoor cats as pets.
