home is located right off the 485/harrisburg road intersection, nestled away in a cul-de-sac. rent is $500 month and split utilities 50/50 (internet, electric, gas) i have a washer and dryer and living room furniture so all you'd need is to furnish your bedroom (with walk in closet) and your private bathroom. large backyard - no fence.
about you:
age 24-35 - steady job (will verify most recent pay stubs)
might enjoy video games, picking stuff up and putting it down, great beer, dogs.
not a communist/terrorist/murderer/thief/animal abuser/raging alcoholic - if you give me a weird vibe i'm running a background check (running one anyway at my own expense)
