i currently live in a two bedroom apartment, but i will be moving out in the beginning of april and need someone to take the remainder of me lease until july. you may renew after that if you would like. my roommate will be staying in the apartment. he always pays his rent an utilities on time and is very very clean! you will need to be able to qualify for the whole apartment of $1957, or have a guarantor/co-signer who makes 3x the monthly rent. you will only pay half of the rent each month $979! the complex is called solis dilworth you can look at it online! just ask me if you would like some pictures!
