seeking a quiet, established, mature professional for house share. this is for my personal residence so compatibility and great character is key. i have a quiet, non-smoking, suburban single family home in a beautiful and safe family friendly neighborhood with a furnished room to rent and private driveway parking. the room includes bed, end table, dresser and desk with chair. it is available for move in as of june 15th if we are both satisfied with the arrangement. there is a private bathroom shared with 1 person for only until 8/25 (family member leaving) plus a shared kitchen and living space. there is also a private, well equipped professional indoor gym. the house is in a beautiful, safe, university city neighborhood close to unc charlotte. it is extremely convenient and close to i-85, i-485, i-77 and only 20-25 minutes to uptown charlotte, 5-10 minutes to concord mills and 5 minutes to huntersville and cabarrus county. it is within walking distance to a harris teeter, fresh market, walgreens and trader joes. starbucks, hickory tavern and several wonderful restaurants are all under 2 miles. references and current background check are required which include a 25.00 non-refundable application fee. no pets please and no overnight guests. rent is 700/mos plus security deposit of 700 and it includes utilities, no cable. there is no laundry room access but 2 laundromats are within close driving range as well as a multiple cleaners that also do laundry less than a mile. email me asap if interested.
