looking for someone to take over our 1/2 of the lease to our 3 bedroom house.the lease is over in (feb. 5th). with an option to continue the lease if you desire.
my husband and i currently rent the master bedroom. the other two rooms goes to our roommates a family(military man and work from home mom with a 4 yearold)
these are great, honest, organized and clean people.
i will send pictures of the house through text or email of the house. (since we currently live in it id prefer to keep track of who i send the photos to for safety reasons)
the 647.50 does not include utilities which our half roughly dependent on usage under 110 for gas, water, internet, electricity.
couples and small families allowed to co lease.
we rent through a company so there are no "shady" dealings, everything is all by contract and by the books. and your credit score must be ran by our rental company, american homes 4 rent
