i am a 28 year old female, non smoking, serious student (i don't party much either) i am looking for a non-smoking room mate. the property is a 2/2.5 townhouse. you will have your own private bathroom, and walk-in closet. we will share all common areas of the home, which includes a washer and dryer equipped laundry room. house is completely furnished except for your bedroom. i have a female beagle very friendly, but i will not be accepting any other pets in the house. rent is $550/month (which includes all utilities including high speed internet) & no security deposit is required. first available move in date is 3/13/10. looking forward to meeting you!!
