hello all!,i am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the remainder of my lease from may 1st - july 31st. i live at university walk apartments with 3 other really great roommates. if you would like to sublease for those summer months and like your stay, you can sign a new lease for the following 2010-2011 academic year. my current rate is $449 a month, which is right now the cheapest rate you can find at uwalk. i locked in that rate due to renewing for another year at uwalk.

the rent is all inclusive, meaning utilities and apartment features are all in one bill payment. it's a really easy one payment process! the apartment is furnished, has a washer and dryer, kitchen, cable, and internet.
if you are serious about subleasing, please send me an email. i'll answer any questions. i plan to move out of uwalk the last week of april so that uwalk can clean up the apartment for the person who will move in.
