i am looking for a roommate that can move in as of july 1st. i have 2 bedroom townhouse located in anthem, which is located near sharon amity and monroe road; it is just minutes from uptown, south park and i-77. the townhouse is a 2 - story house with hardwoods downstairs, fireplace, dining room, and brick patio in the back facing the woods. the bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. you will of course have access to all of the common areas: kitchen, living room, dining, washer and dryer and i do have a security system. there is also a community pool that is very nice and fun to hang-out at over the weekends. i as asking $500 and half of utilities (your portion will be around $100 each month). i do require a security deposit of $300.

what i am looking for in a roommate:
• female (27 – 40)
• non-smoker
• responsible and pays their bills on time
• has a full-time job
• like dogs, but doesn’t have any pets themselves
