my boyfriend and myself have 2bd2ba apartment looking to share with clean, mature responsible roommate m/f. no animals please.we are both in our early to mid 20’s, friendly and outgoing. we enjoy hanging out with friends and occasionally drinking but never bring the party home. we are focused on our career and establishing ourselves and looking for an individual that is as well.
we have reserved the apartment at westley village apartments- 1 mile from bank of america stadium off moorhead and independence – gated apartment complex recently opened. the apartment we have reserved has never been lived in. granite counter tops, all black appliances, and porch – washer and dryer, alarm system included. complex has a great size pool, gym with free weights and cardio equipment, yoga room as well. the club house has a pool table, several flat screen tvs, starbuck java bar, xbox/wii, free wifi (in club house) check out the website for pictures and other amenities: http://wesleyvillageapts.com
looking to move in aug 28th. rent is roughly $400-$420 a month including utilties- $337.33 each month. estimated utilities is $60-70 a month depending on the electric, water and cable/internet package.
credit check is required by the apartment complex- $60 application fee. administration fee we already took care of for you!
