i am looking to move out of my apartment as soon as possible. my apartment is in wesley village (http://wesleyvillageapts.com/), and is a 1br/1ba luxury apartment. my unit is on the third floor and just a few steps away from the saltwater pool! our pool has grills, couches, and a fire pit. has full gym, yoga studio, pool table, and starbucks coffee.

this complex was just built, so i am the first tenant to ever be in this apartment. it has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, brand new w/d, crown molding. there is also valet trash service, that picks up your trash 5 days a week at your door! my lease goes until july, but you would be signed on and i would be signed off so you could renew/extend if wanted. wesley village is 1.5 miles from the center of uptown and literally one street over from the panthers stadium. this same apartment in this complex now goes for 1100-1300 and you would be in it for $815! the location and price couldn't be better. serious applicants only please!
