im looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom home with myself and my best friend. we would prefer someone 30 or older to move in. im 34 and he's 37, we're very clean cut, organized and keep the place spotless. we expect the same out of whoever moves in with us and do not want anyone thats unorganized and dirty. we split the bills three ways each month as well as the rent. its 1200 a month between 3 people plus utilities. i ask that you be drug and drama free. we both ride motorcycles also, and we're open to having another rider in the house as well. there will be a 500 dollar deposit due the month before you move in and you will be paying a full months rent the following month.
