i have a private room/bathroom for rent. i live in a 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse. i'm renting the room however you will have complete access to the entire house and your own private bathroom. i need someone that will respect my house and take care of it as if it's there own. i'm accepting applications for 3 - 12 month lease (with the option to re-new if needed). there is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. i'm looking to rent the room by april 2015. yes utilities are included: washer & dryer, lights, gas, water, garbage pick-up, cable, and internet. this is a great rental opportunity for the right person. please reply with any question and for more information regarding the interview process.
