i am a 22 year old designer looking for someone awesome to move into a great condo in dilworth just outside of uptown and minutes from midtown, dilworth and southend. everything is included for 650. this is a new lease so you'd have to help with a security deposit as well.the place has decent sized rooms, a great layout and a balcony with a view. the place is a 2 bed, 1 and a half bath.

i have a 40 pound puppy, who loves everyone. so you should like dogs. if you have a small cat or dog that would be fine.there is a small pet deposit, but it's a one time thing.

i don't care if you are m/f,black,white,blue, green or purple, age really isn't an issue. just be awesome, considerate and have a job that pays the rent. if you can pay the rent on time and our personalities mesh, we are all good. if you're into art or design that is definitely a plus.lease begins 25 april.
