my friend and i are looking for a third roomie to share our 3 bedroom 2 full bath house in downtown charleston. the house has very spacious bedrooms, family room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big fenced in yard with a deck. rent is 600 plus utilities and there is a 500 deposit. we heard from the previous owners that the utilities had never been more than 80 bucks and that was during the peak of summer with the ac.about us: we are both 25 years old, work hard during the week at our respectable jobs but like the occasional let loose party vibe on the weekends. (hence why we chose downtown to live). disclaimer: i do own a siberian husky that will be living at the house she may seem intimidating at first but she is thee friendliest dog. message me if you are interested!
