on 3/1, i'm moving into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in woodbridge apartments in west ashley, and looking for a roommate to join me. i already have pets coming with me, so unfortunately no more pets please. total rent is $1141/month, so with utilities (internet, electric, water), that would come out to about $670/month each. i would have utilities in my name, so you would just give me a flat check of $670 a month. $670 security deposit, refundable on move-out. looking for 6 month minimum, with at least 30 day notice of moving out. looking for professionals with steady, reliable income and reliable on rent. i'm not much of a partier - no drugs (including 420, due to my line of work), i'm fine if you drink on occasion. i'm not very big on cable or satellite (i watch netflix, hulu, etc.), so if you want that you're welcome to set it up in your name. great neighborhood, parking, close to bus lines, private bathroom in each room. shoot me a message if you're interested, and we can meet up and discuss more details.
